Oceanview apartment covering 108 square meters, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen. The entire unit is exclusively for your stay, accommodating up to 5 guests (with the option to add up to 2 additional guests at ¥30/person/night). Renovated in 2025, located on floors 9–15 with elevator access and complimentary on-site parking. Bedroom 1 (50㎡) is furnished with a 1.8-meter king-size bed and a 1.2-meter single bed, equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling), shower, and windows. Bedroom 2 (20㎡) is furnished with a 1.8-meter king-size bed, equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling) and windows—ensuring a restful night’s sleep for every guest. Breakfast is not included.

House Policies

Minimum stay of 3 nights. Pets are welcome. Check-in is available from 14:00 until 24:00; check-out is at 12:00. A refundable security deposit of ¥200 is required before check-in, and will be fully refunded after check-out with no deductions in the absence of any disputes or damages. Standard occupancy is 5 guests, with the option to add up to 2 additional guests at ¥30/person/night.
