Oceanview apartment covering 90 square meters, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 living rooms, and 1 kitchen. The entire unit is exclusively for your stay, accommodating up to 4 guests. Renovated in 2019, located on floors 13–19 with elevator access and complimentary on-site parking. Bedroom 1 (15㎡) is furnished with a 1.8-meter king-size bed, and Bedroom 2 (11㎡) is furnished with two 1.35-meter twin beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for every guest. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (cooling only) and windows. Breakfast is not included.

Minimum stay of 3 nights. Pets are welcome. Check-in is available from 15:00 until 24:00; check-out is at 12:00. A refundable security deposit of ¥300 is required before check-in, and will be fully refunded after check-out with no deductions in the absence of any disputes or damages. Standard occupancy is 4 guests; additional guest policies may apply.
